                                                            Camden County Maintained fiscal stability with zero debt
                                                            service and an “Aa3” credit rating given by Moody’s.
                                                            Moody's is a leading provider of credit ratings, research
                                                            and risk analysis. They are an essential component of
                                                            the global capital markets, providing credit ratings, re-
                                                            search, tools and analysis.

                                                            Revenues and expenditures were balanced with a slight
                                                            increase in the General Fund millage rate of 0.24 (a 2%
                                                            increase). In addition, there was a 1 mil increase for eco-
                                                            nomic development countywide that will be maintained
                                                            separately for the Joint Development Authority (JDA).
                                                            Achieving a balanced budget is no small task: discipline,
                                                            innovation and commitment are key. To the taxpayer, we
                                                            pledge our best effort and nothing less is acceptable.

                                                            The fourth highest rating in Moody's Long-term Corporate
                                                            Obligation Rating, obligations rated Aa3 are judged to be
                                                            of high quality and are subject to very low credit risk.
