operation. The City of Blairsville operates the
Blairsville Municipal Airport just outside the city
limits that boasts a 5,004-foot runway perfect for
general aviation airplanes and jets. The FAA Level III
airport sits at an elevation of 1,907 feet and is served
by a fixed base operator that offers a recently built
terminal that includes showers, a pilot briefing area,
WiFi, and other services. The airport is open from 8
a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week, but also features
