                                                                                  organized and launched the Keep Glynn Running
                                                                               Job Portal, developed Coastal Mentors, a business
                                                                               mentorship program, and secured grants to keep the
                                                                                programs running.

                                                                                  The multi-faceted approach has also launched a
                                                                                teacher externship program and a career coaching
                                                                                pilot program in Glynn County Schools.

                                                                                  Next steps include, among others, launching an
                                                                                internship program for youth, expanding career
                                                                                exposure and awareness efforts in elementary,
                                                                                middle, and high school, expanding programs that
                                                                                help individuals enter or re-enter the workforce,

                                                                                and continuing support for entrepreneurship and
