Bourbon Mint Sweet Iced Tea
Satisfy your thirsty soul with this simple, refreshing,
easy-to-drink cocktail.
8 cups water 2 cups of bourbon
8 black tea bags 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup honey Lots of ice
1/4 cup of sugar
In a large pot, boil 4 cups water. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup honey; stir to dissolve. Remove from heat;
add 8 tea bags of black tea. Steep 10 minutes; discard tea bags. Add 4 cups cold water; transfer to pitcher,
and chill. Add 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves. Using a wooden spoon, crush mint until fragrant; stir in 2 cups
bourbon. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour sweet, boozy tea over ice and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
