Air Travel

Since 1944, the Columbus Airport has
provided business and recreational
travelers in Columbus and the neighboring
areas with connections to regional and
international airports. As the fourth largest
airport in the state of Georgia, Columbus
Airport serves thousands of passengers
annually. Columbus Airport also plays a vital
role in supporting the region, employing
more than 600 people with an annual payroll
of more than $24 million.
