       open the time capsule that is Columbus.
      Take a walking tour of Columbus’ Soft
       Drink Heritage Trail as you learn about
       Columbus’ connection to Coca-Cola, RC
       Cola, Nehi, and their founders. Make an
       appointment to tour the oldest house
       in Columbus, c. 1828, and the 1860
       Rankin House. Historic Westville presents
       living history in Columbus, letting you
       experience life and touch implements of
       the 1800s. Military history buffs need to
       make a beeline to the National Infantry
       Museum and Soldier Center to trace the
       footsteps of the Infantryman from Colonial
       days to the sands of the Persian Gulf, and
       to the National Civil War Naval Museum at
