Newnan

Newnan is the county seat and is home to
a population of 37,291 residents. Newnan is a
city known for its vibrant atmosphere fueled
by a thriving downtown, beautiful, historic
architecture, and fun and friendly culture. The
city has a high quality of life due in part to
the perfect balance of progressive expansion
firmly planted in small-town roots. Newnan
was recognized and awarded by the Georgia
Trust for Historic Preservation for the Newnan
Lofts, named a Georgia City of Excellence by
Georgia Trend magazine and a recipient of the
“Great Places in Georgia” award from the Georgia
Planning Association.

Senoia
The small town of Senoia is as charming in
real life as it is on screen. Named for Chief William
McIntosh’s mother and founded in 1866, this
quaint community has provided the perfect
backdrop for movies and TV shows such as Fried
Green Tomatoes, The War, Andersonville, Drop
Dead Diva and The Walking Dead. The town also
has twice hosted Southern Living magazine’s
Idea House, in 2010 and in 2012. With beautiful
antebellum homes, historic landmarks and a rich 1119 Bullsboro Drive
past, Senoia is listed on the National Register Newnan, Georgia 30265
