Savannah to the Golden Isles of St. Simons Island, Sea Island,
Little St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Or seek our feathered
friends at the 18 observation sites of the Colonial Coast Birding
Trail, with more than 300 bird species sighted. The Altamaha
Wildlife Management Area and the Harris Neck National Wildlife
Refuge, both in McIntosh County near Darien, are prominent
birding spots along the Trail.
