The City of Dunwoody has a
partnership with TiE Atlanta, which
fosters entrepreneurship through
mentoring, networking, and funding.
Atlanta’s TiE entrepreneurial community
meets monthly to network on topics
that are important to entrepreneurs,
founders, and small business leaders.
Proximity to some of the most highly
regarded educational institutions in the
country – like Emory University,
Georgia Tech, University of Georgia,
Oglethorpe University, and Georgia
State University, which has a campus
of its Perimeter College in Dunwoody
– provide the human capacity needed
to meet the influx of jobs predicted to
come to Dunwoody during the next
three decades.
The Atlanta Regional Commission
anticipates growth of 1.5 million new
jobs in the next 30 years, of which
Dunwoody will absorb many.
