Lincoln County Schools ranks in the top 17% among school districts
across the state. LCS offers career-focused learning opportunities

between Charlotte, Gastonia, Huntersville, and Hickory provides a

Lincoln Charter School
Educating students in grades K-12, the Lincoln Charter School is ranked
54th among high schools in North Carolina. Its graduation rate is in the
top 5% in the state. The Advanced Placement (AP) rate is 58%. With
more than 2,000 students, the student-to-teacher ratio is 18:1, only
slightly higher than the state average. The exacting academic program
prepares students for college and career. There are two campuses:
