NASCAR Returns to The Rock
NASCAR made its long-awaited return to “The
Rock” – Rockingham Speedway – in April 2025
after a 12-year hiatus. The iconic one-mile track
once again hosted NASCAR events, thrilling
fans and reigniting its storied legacy.
With the Rockingham Speedway celebrating
nearly 60 years of motorsport history, the
return of NASCAR is a crowning achievement
for a track that has seen many changes in
ownership and operations. Now revitalized,
“The Rock” embarks on a new chapter of
racing history.
