Robins Air Force Base is protected and preserved by a widely
celebrated nonprofit Defense Community Organization known
as 21st Century Partnership, comprised of community members
and organizations, including elected officials, authorities, chambers
of commerce, schools, hospitals, and local businesses that work
closely with U.S. Congress and military officials to defend the base.
The Partnership responds to any circumstance that has
the potential to adversely impact the military value of Robins
Air Force Base, including base encroachment, air quality,
and operational limitations. The Partnership is also the lead
organization in responding to Base Realignment and Closure
(BRAC) legislation. Robins Air Force Base depends on their
support and the ability to obtain infrastructure and a local
workforce to expand its developments.
These community partners see the economic advantages of the
Robins Air Force Base and the unity it brings to the Robins Region,
and they won’t let anything stand in the way of the base’s initiatives.
