The Thomson-McDuffie Recreation
Department provides and maintains
quality parks, facilities, and recreational
activities with an emphasis on fun and
enjoyment for all ages.
• Sweetwater Park: 85 acres, 9 lighted
baseball/softball fields with
scoreboards, 2 lighted football fields
with scoreboards, 3 Indoor Basketball
Courts, 1 Meeting Room, ½ mile
walking track, playground, 2
concession/scoring towers, and
multiple restroom facilities.
