2022 proved to be an interesting year. Fewer sales/higher prices/low inventory.
You can get the details on each Sea Island neighborhood in my Market Report
on pages 14-17. A new feature in this edition of our Newsletter and Market
Report is “Sea Island Real Estate Prices Over the Years,” covering a span from
1924 to the present. And, back by popular demand is “Through the Years”
describing the most significant events that affected Sea Island real estate prices,
both good and bad. Make sure you read “The Rest of the Story” on page 26 to
learn of yet another account of a beautiful love story in which this little place
called Sea Island plays a big part.

ABCo Initiative, our philanthropy division headed up by Jordan Brown Byer’s
capable leadership, expanded its reach into many areas of need. (See pages
8 and 9.) These include helping those with development disabilities, Special
Olympics, Morningstar, Children and Family Services, Grace House, Safe Harbor,
The Humane Society, Head Start, Salvation Army and other organizations and
individuals. You don’t have to look far to see people in need.
Last year, marked the 10-year anniversary of Al Brown Company and the 50th
year of my real estate career. No need to stop now. My enthusiasm, interest level
and desire to help people has only intensified with each passing year. In South
Georgia language: “I’m still fired up!” Our team’s attention to detail, knowledge
of the Sea Island market and experience are unmatched. I would be honored and
privileged for you to call on us for buying, selling or advice.
