Hosea Williams and
Manuel Maloof served
together as DeKalb County
leaders, Williams as a
member of the DeKalb
Board of Commissioners
and Maloof as the
County’s first CEO.
Although the relationship between
the two men was at times contentious,
both men were dedicated public servants
of the people of DeKalb County.
