Perimeter Mall has been a major
economic engine for Dunwoody since its
opening in 1971. While many malls of that
era stand nearly empty today, that is not
the case with Perimeter Mall, the second
largest mall in metro Atlanta by square
footage (1.57 million sq. ft.). Four anchor

continue to attract shoppers to a massive
