wines, and 100 or more whiskeys on
the menu.
The Funwoody Food Truck is the
mobile home of Cuco’s Cantina, serving
Tex-Mex street tacos, and Yoffi, serving
Mediterranean cuisine including falafel,
salads, and tahini milkshakes. Morty’s
Meat & Supply will be the newest off-
the-grill newcomer, serving BBQ at The
Village with a meat-and-three option
and, soon after, Message in a Bottle
with fresh seafood and wines.
Abes is excited about the Dunwoody
Hall of Fame that’s coming together at
Morty’s. There’s even a Ryan Seacrest
shrine – Dunwoody High School
graduate, now media personality and
producer. “But you don’t have to be a
celebrity,” shared Abes. “Someone just
brought me their Dunwoody football
jersey.” And more memorabilia and
photos are encouraged to come in.
“I love making people happy. You
see the smiles on their faces. Everyone’s
having a good time,” said Abes. With
live music every weekend and culinary
festivals now becoming annual events,
there are a lot of people smiling here
in Dunwoody.
