                                                             Workforce Summit

                                                                The Workforce Summit is a one-day collaboration of leaders in business
                                                             and education, policymakers, and other community stakeholders. With a
                                                             mission to address and solve education and labor challenges, the event
                                                             shares ideas and best practices on talent attraction and retention, workforce
                                                             skills development, and crafts solutions crucial to business success.
                                                                Hosted in 2024 by Cooper Lighting, last year’s Summit covered AI in
                                                             the workplace, cultivating your own talent pool, innovative, non-traditional
                                                             staffing, and retention strategies, including the role of workplace culture.
                                                             The host company for 2025 will be announced soon.
