            The Fayette County Development
          Authority (FCDA) and Tyrone’s Downtown
          Development Authority (DDA) worked
          together on the “purpose built” concept
          that would replace the old Station Three
          building. The FCDA awarded matching
          grant funds to the DDA for this project.
            High on the cool factor, Tyrone’s
          new food truck park is in the planning
          stages! With room for up to six food
          trucks, Trocquet noted it will be the only
          one in Fayette County. It will feature
          “shore power,” which means no
          generators needed.
            Tyrone anticipates always having two
          or three food trucks on site, using all six
          spaces during big events. The concept
          plan shows seating areas, restrooms, a
          lawn area (artificial turf which means no
          mud, according to Trocquet), fencing, and
