Commerce City School District offers small
student-to-teacher ratios, gifted services
for K-12, Advanced Placement, Governor’s
Honors, and service-learning trips. The system
also offers fine arts opportunities in music,
chorus, drama, band, and art.

Multiple high school credits are offered at
Commerce Middle School, including Spanish,
agriculture, physical science, and health/
PE. Commerce High School students can
participate in dual enrollment and earn
college credit while enjoying work-based
learning opportunities.

Commerce City School District is
Accredited by Cognia (formerly called
AdvancED/SACS). The system serves more
than 1,700 students in grades preK-12. The
system has one primary school (grades preK-

2), one elementary school (grades 3-4), one
middle school (grades 5-8), and one high
school (grades 9-12).
