                                                                                The 7.5-mile Roanoke Canal Trail follows
                                                                             the old Roanoke Navigation Canal bed. The
                                                                             western head of trail is the Roanoke Rapids   ke Valle

                                                                             Roanoke Canal Trail is River Falls Park
                                                                             in Weldon.
