Vidalia’s Favorite Onion Dip
CIPE Mix all ingredients and pour into greased
(1996 Vidalia® Onion Festival Grand Prize Winner)
• 3 cups chopped Vidalia Onions
®
• 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
• 2.5 cups mayonnaise
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• pinch garlic salt
one and a half-quart baking dish. Bake at 350
Serve with corn chips.
