Holidays
HOMETOWN HOLIDAY
Peachtree City’s Hometown Holiday celebrates the
season with children’s holiday crafts, live performances,
toy and gift collections, games, food, and, of course, an
appearance from Santa Claus. Children will have their
chance to tell Jolly Old Saint Nick what they hope to
find under the Christmas tree. Hometown Holiday is the
first weekend of every December at City Hall Plaza.
JULY 4TH CELEBRATION AT DRAKE FIELD
Come celebrate the birth of America with a classic
Fourth of July parade and fireworks over Lake
Peachtree. See the golf carts Peachtree city is famous
for decked out in their best patriotic digs. The parade
begins at Village on the Green and travels up Peachtree
Parkway to McIntosh Trail Recreation Center. Live music
and plenty of Independence Day festivities are on tap
every year, culminating in the grand finale, fireworks
over Lake Peachtree at dusk.
