The Southeast Georgia Health System Foundation’s
Nunnally House, adjacent to the Brunswick Campus, is a
comfortable lodging facility that offers a home away from
home for patients who have cancer or out-of-area family
members of critical care patients.
The Health System partners with College of Coastal
Georgia to train students in nursing and nurse specialty
areas, addressing a nationwide shortage of nurses.

With clinics across Glynn, Camden, Brantley, McIntosh,
Chatham, Bryan, and Nassau counties, CCH ensures
comprehensive care close to home. Services include:
Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Dental Services,
Women’s Health Services, Pediatric Services, and
Pharmacy Services (including the 340B Program,
providing ease of access to affordable medication).
Patients may also choose home delivery for prescriptions.
In addition to these services, CCH expanded outreach
through a partnership with Mission Mobile, bringing essential
health services to those without reliable transportation
in the Nassau County community and beyond.
From Fernandina Beach, FL, to Pooler, GA, CCH
