Dunwoody has made its parks and
recreation a priority and now offers new
park programs including sports and
recreation activities and classes as well as
an additional 20 new City events held in
the parks throughout the year! Dunwoody’s
parks are home to several major community
events such as the Lemonade Days festival,
Vino Venue
weekly food truck gatherings, outdoor
movies, free concerts and celebrations, and
a variety of activities including basketball,
soccer, skating, tennis, gardening, a dog
park, Tree Top Quest (zip-line adventure QUALITY OF LIFE
course) and children’s playgrounds. It’s
easier than ever to get outside and visit a
public park in Dunwoody.
The City of Dunwoody is continually
growing and is actively looking for new
opportunities to provide residents and
visitors with the places and programs to get
