The Fannin County Development Authority is dedicated to working with businesses large and small that are

• Building and Land: We keep an inventory of available land and buildings for lease or purchase that are
not typically on MLS.

• Gap Financing: The Fannin County Development Authority has made loan funds available through its
Gap Financing Program to existing, for-profit businesses to assist with capital investment and/or expansion.
