Goodale is sure to please those who love
wilderness canoe trips and paddling in Kershaw
County. Paddling is one of the park’s main
attractions.

Fish the park’s 140-
acre lake for bass,
bream and catfish.
Private boats with
electric trolling motors,
canoes and other non-
motorized boats are
allowed. The park
offers fishing boat,
canoe and kayak
rentals.

The park has playground equipment and picnic
shelters. A variety of waterfowl can always be
seen around the lake area, especially during the
winter months. Geocaching is permitted and the
park includes several challenging geocaches.

Winter hours (12/01 – 03/14):
9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday – Sunday
