            Plans for new housing
        developments are underway.
        With the Camp Hall Project
        minutes away (Camp Hall
        houses Volvo and other
        industries), and support
        industries moving into the
        region, Holly Hill is ripe for
        residential growth. Chavis said
        people moving to Holly Hill is a
        key part to the revitalization
        of downtown.

            With so much potential and
        enthusiasm, it is easy to see
