The Spruill Center for the Arts The Spruill Center for the Arts is one
of the largest community arts education
center in the Southeast and is divided into
two locations: the Education Center, which
is located near Dunwoody Village and the
Spruill Gallery, located in the Perimeter
Center. The Education Center offers classes
ranging from jewelry-making, pottery and
painting for all ages and skill levels for
those wishing to hone their artistic talents
and have fun in the process. For those who
prefer admiring the arts, the Spruill Gallery
showcases the masterpieces of professional
artists and has been recognized by Creative
Loafing as one of the best galleries for
emerging artists.
Stage Door Players, Dunwoody's own
professional theater company was founded
in 1974 as a community project of the
Dunwoody Woman's Club. Now entering
its 42nd season, Stage Door presents year
round programming entertaining audiences
from all over the Metro Atlanta area.
